A Natural Instructor
Abigail has been been offering comprehensive and affordable private lessons since 2009. Her job is her passion, and it brings her joy to be able to share this passion with her students. From day one, students learn important foundational techniques to help them boost their skills and self-esteem. NOTES AND RHYTHM
Teachers need to be able to motivate and guide students towards success. As an experienced and passionate Piano Instructor, Abigail believes in an approach that gives students positive, constructive ways to learn. Abigail's method teaches students how to read notes on the staff quickly. You will learn to internalize rhythm so you can not only recognize the beats but feel the beat.
EAR TRAINING
Abigail teaches her students how to utilize their ear to learn pieces quickly by recognizing musical patterns.
PERFORMANCE SKILLS
We learn music to share music. Abigail gives students tools to share their music confidently, hosting several fun, free, and community-based performances throughout the year.
